- provider business model, which assures the health and welfare of each bee colony over time. Delivering the benefits
of bees and beekeeping to residential, institutional, and corporate customers, our satisfied clients are our biggest fans
and promoters. TCBeekeepers has grown exponentially, client by client.
REWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Faced with a disastrous fall-off in bee populations, worldwide, Terrible
Creek Beekeepers, llc has been recognized for its innovative approach to meeting the need for more honeybees.
A first mover in our community, our state, and our nation, TCBeekeepers specializes in strategic site
assessment, optimum hive placement, and colony growth/product management, as well as the on-going health and welfare of each
bee colony.
Trump University's Entrepreneurial Mastery Program, selected TCBeekeepers
as the winner of the (planet-wide) 2007 Elevator Pitch Competition in recognition of its potential
for global impact, commitment to customer service, and continuous inprovement in the face of worldwide calamity - Colony
Collapse Disorder. Our multiple hive placements continue to thrive in the face of natural disaster - storm,
flood, drought, and environmental threat - with one NOTABLE exception.
!!!DANGER!!!
Impacted by a stream polluted with dry-cleaning solvent runoff, TCBeekeepers contacted
NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources to initiate testing and clean-up. We are still at work assuring that
no one along that waterway is exposed to harmful pollutants; and, that future colonies of bees can prosper there.
We'll keep you posted on progress.
Think of bees as the canary in our cave.
If the bees are dying, we're next. Don't let it happen!
BEES AND YOU
Our outstanding team has the credentials and experience to help you meet your beekeeping needs
(pollination and products) without the necessity of becoming a beekeeper, yourself. Still, if you'd
like to learn the ancient art of beekeeping, we'll be happy to develop a program of training and supervision, which will
assure that you, yourself, have the skills and abilities necessary for successful hive management.
See a swarm? Scared of bees? Domestic honeybees are usually docile, hard working, social insects
whose major concern is visiting flowers, collecting pollen and nectar, and returning with them to the hive. They
are not interested in pursuing human contact. Please call us for more information about the human/bee environment intersect.
We will gladly remove swarms of bees from your property; and, manage the removal of rogue hives from your buildings,
equipment, trees, and landscape.
We look forward to hearing from you. Let us know
if there's anything we can do to help you reach your beekeeping goals.
To your apiarian
success,

Warren Slate Beekeeper Warren
takes time from his busy personal chef schedule and makes time to visit each TCBeekeepers installation twice monthly.
His visits assure the health and welfare of each hive. As required, he may administer medication, supplemental feedings,
additional bees, brood, or woodware.
With Warren's help, TCBeekeepers is at work developing
proprietary hive management practices and protocols which will assure successful hives, including pollination and
honey production over the course of each 'bee season'. Warren is an individual member of the Wake County
Beekeeper's Association.
